    QML is a profit greedy corporation who only cares about those at the top.
    The good thingsThe job itself I enjoy. Other staff members are supportive and always a call away to give advice if needed.
    The challengesMinimum Wage, minimum hours. Management is a joke, the most un-supportive, rude and uncaring people I have ever come across... just bark orders at you and expect you to obey I received minimal training, before I was put into a clinic all alone!! so sink or swim odds of getting good at the profession.

    I was with Healius just shy of ten years. Like all toxic relationships, you never realise the damage they have done until you leave. Do not recommend working here until they sort themselves out.
    The good thingsThe only good thing was building a rapport with your patients. They are what keeps you going.
    The challengesLow pay, no management support, no communication, no appreciation of what you give, no thanks or acknowledgment.
