    Demanding role with a beautiful impact on lives
    The good thingsIt is true that the workload here can be heavy, and the environment is fast-paced. However, for me, those challenges fade the moment a client returns with a smile because they can finally hear again. That sense of purpose is what drives me.
    The challengesRegarding the recent technical changes: Yes, the new system has had its initial issues, but it is actively improving. I believe it’s important to support our team and developers while they work hard to smooth out the glitches. If you are passionate about patient care and can be patient through technical transitions, this is a deeply rewarding place to work.
