Great place, some great staff..culture could use some work.
The good thingsGreat (most of) team, loved my job, loved interacting with different customers on a day to day basis. Felt rewarding getting a new customer an amazing outcome on Thier bathroom needs.
The challengesPay was very low, but you get a monthly kpi bonus so it kind of evens out. Very store target orientated. you meet target for the month, your manager starts not invoicing so you can get a leg up on next months target No room for growth, there is no ladder to climb and it becomes very evident very fast. Hence why I left. Felt very micro managed at times, it's not a great place if your a self starter and competent at doing the role. Procedures will change on the fly from day to day, and only some staff will be held to account for doing things by the books. When your a warehousing/delivery driver and you also sell 20k in product a month (proud moment) and your manager says " your sales don't count" that's pretty demoralising...at that point you know your just a number.. In a workplace that sprukes "one team" and being very publicly told your efforts don't count that's your line in the sand.

It was a job until I found a new one. Not a place you want to stat at.
The good thingsStaff discount that's about it
The challengesPoor Management. Super low pay leads to high turnover and incompetent staff. Poor working conditions. Owners only car about hitting budget.
