    The challengesSalary could’ve been alil higher. Not much room for growth unless someone retires out of business. But that’s not a bad thing through.

    The good thingsI really enjoyed working with the staff at Hobson. The workplace environment was professional and neat. Fellow staff and management were friendly and very helpful.

    Self centred egotistic management holding employees back. Environment of fear of losing job by selfish two faced management.
    The good thingsThe management do generally Pay above average which is initially a positive but false - buy employees then work out of the business when results have been obtained.
    The challengesManagement insulated and no empithy. Terrible relationship and people management skills - deficient culture.
