    Honan is a place that thrives on (income) growth. It would be a terrific place to work if they put half as much effort into all of their employees, but they don't. Honan lacks the empathy required to further progress to it's full potential.

    The challengesDivided culture. Lack of opportunity. Frequent turnover of management & staff. Unrealistic workload. Segregation. Unhealthy Competition.

    Ive never felt so unimportant or used.
    The good thingsCo workers are good people. Morning Tea & nice office views
    The challengesWork loads can be unrealistic with little (no support). High turnover of staff due to Management dropping staff & making others carry extra work loads at a blink of an eye. No transparency with job security while its obvious something is brewing ... next minute staff are let go and new job vacancies pop up.

    Pave your own way!
    The good thingsHonan has a wonderful culture and talented team. All of my co-workers are extremely driven and experts in their field. There is a great deal of experience within the company so you are constantly learning and building on skills working with others within the team. Staff are encouraged and given a great deal of freedom by management to pave their own way within the company. Management are quick to action and support any workable proposals/initiatives organised by staff. On the lighter side - the people I work with here are lovely and very funny. Always up for a laugh and lots of different characters! I genuinely love coming to work because of this.
    The challengesHonan are growing at an astounding rate so there is a lot of work at times but that is not necessarily a negative for anyone that thrives on a bit of hard work! IT infrastructure needs to be improved but this is already in development.

    The good thingsHonan's focus on further enhancing a number of key sections of the business including technology, operations and people development makes it a very exciting place to work!

    Hard work, challenging and rewarding with a whole lot of fun thrown in from time to time.
    The good thingsFlexible working arrangements... despite being a large Company it still has the feel of a family owned business.
