I hope things change. The good thingsThe people, best team I ever worked with. The management who wanted to make a difference. However, staff turnover meant these people didnt last long unfortunately. My time made me realise my worth, and I gained some great friends.
The challengesTo name only a few, there was always a massive lack of communication from management, misogyny from some management / CEO, empty promises, highest turnover of good staff I’ve ever seen, too high expectations, cripling workloads with no support when concerns were raised, lack of safety for field workers, lack of overall care for staff dispite projecting ‘one big happy family’.
