    The culture of this business in both Ward and FTA is toxic. Top Management are not interested in improving and provide zero support. If you bring up issues, make complaints then in there opinion you are the problem.
    The good thingsMiddle Mangment are mostly great people.
    The challengesIf you are looking at any quality role beware. Top Management are set in there ways and have no intention of adhering to food safety standards. Many people have great ideas, experience in the field, however they are continually blocked from making positive changes within the food safety systems.

    The challengesUnfortunately, the company has several cultural issues that are clearly coming from top management. There are a few middle level staff with great intentions and an excellent vision, BUT this is useless when top management isn't supportive and open to changes to bring real improvements to the organisation. Very disappointing for a company with such a great participation and products in the market. Keep your eyes very open if you are trying to get in as there were a few red flags during my recruitment process.
