    Not good
The good thingsStaff discounts, nice customers/certain managers
The challengesManagement not rostering staff for months for dropping/not attending a shift, fellow staff not swapping shifts when I was not available to work a rostered shift, certain managers inability to communicate problems properly, lack of feedback/ways to improve towards staff, management being dishonest, few coworkers demeaning & arrogant behaviors, being forced to not work for being late for 1 minute, management putting staff on ghost employee list and not rostering them when they are considered "not strong enough."
