    good learning opportunity however you are just treated like a number

    The challengeswork/life balance, not a lot of growth opportunities. management seems out of their depth. regulars and VIPs can be hard work, no family culture

    The challengesIt is a complex venue and it requires a very fast pace. It's important to learn and adapt as soon as possible. Not suitable for everyone, as it can be very tiring and challenging

    After working in hospitality for nearly 3 years Rockpool is by far the best place I have ever worked. Not only for the sense of family you get with the staff but the beautiful building and amazing kitchens.

    Engergetic place to work.
    The good thingsManagement where very good, they provided good training. Work support was great, they where happy to be flexible with your life commitments.Providing plenty of opportunity to give your opinion for improvements. They made every team member feel valued.
