    Highly recommend if you like a toxic work culture. Not focused on safety or wellbeing of employees.

    The challengesI would highly recommend avoiding this orginisation. Hiring people to just keep a seat warm but add nothing to the organisation.

    Started out promising then new management were brought in and turned on the workforce in the most disgraceful way I have ever seen.
    The good thingsGreat team of operational employees.
    The challengesThe horrible human resources team. No reward for effort. HR treats the workforce with contempt and are horrible to deal with.
