    have years of experience cleaning homes so I know what to expect from this job and I am confident that I have the skills your establishment is searching for in an applicant. I have the ability to follow company policy when cleaning the rooms and to do a thorough and professional job within the time allowed to ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready for the next check-in time.
    The good thingsI am in good physical condition with the ability to bend, lift and stand for long periods in order perform the duties required by this position. I am also very observant and will notice and report any items missing or damage done to the room or furnishings after checkout. When not cleaning the rooms, I have the ability to help keep the lobby, hallways and other areas of the hotel clean and presentable.     Excellent place to start a career in hospitality
    The good thingsAs above there are opportunities to grow and gain more experience and knowledge and there is a good working culture as everyone is generally kind to one another and they work hard and you will always have their full support.They train their staff very well . And they let you stay in any of their hotels in Australia or overseas ! Which is a bonus
    The challengesThere are no set working hours. They can tell you what time you start your shift but not what time you finish until that time comes around. Eg if you finish at 4:00 pm they won't tell you until 4:00pm . So it is harder to have a work life balance.
