    Kind management but UNORGANISED
    The good thingsManagement is welcoming and kind
    The challengesMy training was all out of whack being trained in the wrong section of the hotel and then on my first day in the correct section I was fostered on ALONE. Too many managers and I had no idea to talk to even after I asked. Was dropped \"in the deep end\" working 45hrs/wk while only being casual.
