Great place to get a kickstart on your career, whether it be as a CTA or a CRA I. Lots of exposure to different protocols and disease state. The good thingsSome of the nicest people you'll ever meet
Great, clean office with big desks
Free onsite parking
Flexible hours
Birhday leave
The challengesGetting a promotion; unfortunately unlike some other big CROs, there are no clear pathways for the CTAs to progress to become CRAs. If there are no \"business reasons\" then management wont progress you forward. Equally with CRAs, moving from I to II to III etc. Sometimes it feels like management prefers external experience more than their internal employees.
