    company has listened to their work force and now Radiation therapist have an EBA and comparative pay. Management reactive to low performance individuals helping them reach their goals if the individual is ready and willing to improve.
    The good thingsGreat company to work, who's values align with own personal ones. Satisfaction at end of the day that you have made a difference in someone's life.
    The challengesChallenging work that can leave you emotionally drained if you do not look after yourself mentally.

    Great place to get a kickstart on your career, whether it be as a CTA or a CRA I. Lots of exposure to different protocols and disease state.

    The challengesGetting a promotion; unfortunately unlike some other big CROs, there are no clear pathways for the CTAs to progress to become CRAs. If there are no \"business reasons\" then management wont progress you forward. Equally with CRAs, moving from I to II to III etc. Sometimes it feels like management prefers external experience more than their internal employees.
