    Truly enjoyable and rewarding.
    The good thingsDeveloping game ideas and working with respected colleagues to make something awesome is very rewarding. The job has heaps of room for individual development and career growth.
    The challengesSome of the corporate training can be a drag but it's a small price to pay for the degree of creativity and technicality the job offers.

    Its a lovely place to work.
    The good thingsIGT got amazing bunch of talents. Coming to work feels like coming to my extended family, thanks to IGT's respectful, supportive and fun-loving people. And the icing on top is the work life balance with hybrid working model and a family comes first approach.
    The challengesIGT is a big global company with offices around the world and as like any big company, it goes through a lot of changes. Sometimes it can be challenging but as long as we spear head it together as IGT family, no challenge will be big enough.

    No other place like IGT
    The good thingsWorking at IGT has been an incredibly fulfilling experience, the amount of support, care and guidance everything that works here is not comparable to anywhere else. Fundamentally IGT is filled with passionate people who prioritise quality and a positive, fun work environment above all else.
    The challengesThings can get hectic with tight deadlines, but that's rare! When you have a team willing to support each other and tackle it head on, it's always a learning and growing opportunity.

    The most fulfilling full-time position I've had.
    The good thingsBeing part of a talented and dedicated team who develop games all day long. The energy of the group is exciting, the leadership team are supportive, and studio directors are 100% devoted to making the best games possible. Couldn't be happier with the current state of the game development studios.
    The challengesThe technical demmands are very high and the job requires a lot of deep thought, but management is supportive, providing taining and other opportunities that increase job satisfaction. Having a young family can be tough but IGT manage to stand by "family first" thinking. I feel appreciated.

    When working with the right people, work does not feel like work. A bigger plus when you are passionate about what you do.
    The good thingsLove that coming to work doesn't feel like work. All the people here are incredibly supportive and approachable. It is such a wonderful environment for collaboration where we create great games and people from all different departments are able to effectively communicate with one another.

    Filled with amazing people to work with.
    The good thingsFantastic place to work: postive and fun work environement with great collaboration across the various game development departments and intra-studio. Structured workflows and constant guidance from producers and senior leadership ensure a clear directive at all times.
    The challengesA fast-paced work environment with deadlines from time to time, but never without support from producers/managers/other departments.

    Amazing industry to be involved in hut IGT falls short in providing a great work environment for employees.
    The good thingsOpportunity to meet heaps of amazing people & new experiences.
    The challengesManagement has alot to be desired & don't take HR issues seriously. Hopefully that is going to change now they have a decent CEO.
