I called up to quit and had to leave a message as no one would answer at the office.
The good thingsGetting paid was the only good thing.
The challengesHorrible work environment, management was awful. And the more experienced staff were sometimes rude.

I really enjoy working for a company that offers great opportunities for growth.
The good thingsGreat opportunity to develop skills in all areas of the roles. Making kids smile is a fun and rewarding way of earning money. Meeting people from all over the world and learning about their different cultures. And working in shopping centers makes it easy to use public transport.
The challengesSome car parks are busy so I use public transport.

    Fantastic Opportunity
The good thingsWorking with Children and many young vibrant people, often whom are travelers from all around the world. The opportunity to travel all around Australia, see many places, meet many people. Paid travel, subsidized transport and accommodation. Base Salary plus healthy commission for those that are prepared to learn and do their best. Plenty of people have made a successful long term career working here.
The challengesLike all jobs out there there are easier and harder parts to the job. I have noticed that the most successful people tend to be great with children and have great attitudes towards life.

Would not recommended for a long-term role.
The good thingsLeft alone to get on with your work rather than being micro-managed. Reasonably flexible with hours.
The challengesNot always enough work to keep busy and constant IT issues. Often handling complaints from customers due to little flexibility with the product packages available. The commission scheme doesn't offer much incentive.
