Pay and work was terrific, but the full timers were very difficult to work with.
The good thingsThe pay and work role was outstanding.
The challengesFull time staff on the floor are difficult, unco-operative and verbally abusive and in some instances physically threatening. Management would rather get rid of casuals than deal with their issues bought about by full timers actions. Maybe incapable if dealing with concerns made by casuals. Full timers expected casuals to carry their work load along with yours.
