    Enjoyed working here but 5-7years is long enough otherwise you morph into a chair parked at a desk.
    The good thingsVery friendly work environment. People are great to work with. Opportunities to further career or move into something different.
    The challengesGetting pay increases only available to people who threaten to quit and only if they're role is hard to recruit for. Not flexible with hybrid working arrangements - company needs to move past 2019 and adopt flexible working arrangements with a minimum of at least an RDO. Unfortunately insignia, promoting 17.5% leave loading for jobs is not a draw card.

    They will kick their employes out the second they are under financial presure
    The good thingsCar, mobile phone laptop ... Good technical team, good stuff
    The challengesMy expirience with a new machine after taking a training course... They will through out in the field and they will expect to train costumers on this machine and to repair it, and if the issue wasn't resolve, no technical support will be provided
