    Great company and co workers. Staff really looking out for their technicians and many challenges.
    The good thingsManagers, other technicians i worked closely with. Communication from top down was always good.
    The challengesSpending more time learning the procedures and many different service sites. Was quickly moved into service, there was a lot of learning on the job for the first time.

    Felt like being in a family
    The good thingsGreat opportunities to learn and grow your career if that is what you're after. I found management very kind, supportive and fair. Time and time again, I witnessed the company putting trust in employees and giving them a go. It is like a family there. I genuinely feel they care about their staff and are continuously growing as a National company with their technologies and new systems.
    The challengesChallenge is always going to be those 1 or 2 negative people in every job. There are few benefits to obtain. If you are a quiet type who doesn't want to work closely in a team, it's probably not for you.

    Stress free, unfulfilling and underappreciated
    The good thingsits a good place to get paid and have little to no worries. almost impossible to be fired. good place to learn the basics of water treatment
    The challengesmanagement have little regard for the techs, you are just there to fill a position. a culture of low or under performers, training is very poor. management have no understanding of how to interact with staff or customers. youll be promised the world and end up with very little

    Lot's of opportunities
    The good thingsThe role was interesting and certainly gave lots of opportunities if you were willing to apply yourself. Local management seemed to genuinely care about us and would go the extra mile to help us out when they could.
    The challengesThere were a lot of changes to systems while the company was upgrading their processes which made things challenging

    The challengesYou change your ideas on how work is supposed to be some days it's not the same your always in a difficult and sometimes it's magical working early watching sun rise while the rest of Brisbane just waking up.
