    Great workplace with supportive culture and values.
    The good thingsIntegria is an amazing place to work with a positive work culture. The QA team is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and collaborative, and the employees across departments are friendly and supportive. I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated as part of the team.
    The challengesThe only challenge I faced was settling in during the initial days, mainly due to adjusting to new systems and processes — but the team was helpful throughout, which made the transition smoother.

    The good thingsIntegria is a great place to work. From the moment you step into the building, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who looks after all your needs with a smile. Great team of people to work in the lab with a family-like culture. Lab Management seem to genuinely care about wellbeing of employees, are supportive and have your back. HR team is 'visible' and has a great emphasis on the general health and wellbeing of employees. Flexible work arrangements give a good work-life balance. Staff discounts on products, regular workshops (Health, Finance, IT), free health and skin checks are few of the added benefits of working at Integria. Regular morning teas and lunches bring together staff from different areas. Overall, a nice place to work.
    The challengesPressures of working in a QC environment can be exhausting, but rewarding at the end of the day.

    A great place to work
    The good thingsIntegria has a great team of people. We have a number of departments all in house all the way from Procurement, Finance to Marketing and Sales. Because of this, you get to work with all kinds of people. We have beautiful facilities with natural light and plants around the office - its a nice place to work every day. I've loved my time at Integria!
    The challengesIntegria is a fast-paced business. With the fast pace comes both challenges and benefits. One benefit is the growth opportunity.

    Company has potential but management mentality and behaviour holds them back.
    The good thingsThey have some fantastic brands and I met some really lovely people there.
    The challengesManagement are untrusting and micro managers. Continuous changes and restructures, with no clear company direction has caused low morale and high turnover. Lack of commercial focus, extremely poor communication, lack of processes and no cross functional team cohesion makes it difficult to do your job well. No company parental leave.

    IHC was a good employer and offered me many opportunities while I was there. I have positive memories to reflect on from my time with the company, however the avenues for career development were not available.
    The good thingsThe people and team at the company. The staff purchase policy for products.
    The challengesThe New Zealand team is quite segregated from the remainder of the business. There is some negativity in the team in this office.
