Average pay which is comfortable to live on.
The challengesLiterally everything.
Management have 0 care for the employees, they'd rather be off having drinks at a bar then help their staff. Very toxic & cliquey - don't expect to make friends with your coworkers because you'll never see them - you'll be working alone.
