Avoid - nothing nice to say about this place, only good thing was the day ending.
The good thingsRed flags - manual work, old systems, toxic management, undervalued, workplace gossip and a constant turn over of staff.
The challengesWould NOT recommend working here - the values and culture in this company are questionable/non-existent, talking to other staff is frowned upon, constant micromanagement, and a high turn over of staff.

    Great employer, would highly recommend
The good thingsExceptionally well managed business, the executive team has a clear vision and strategy for the future of the business and allows management to execute this strategy
The challengesAs is the case with other volume residential builders, COVID related labour and material shortages and numerous lock downs have contributed to a challenging environment

If you like bashing your head against a large stack of paperwork come here
The good thingsThe only good things about this workplace was some good people, most of whom ended up leaving anyway
The challengesToo numerous to mention. Enormous amounts of time wasted with nonsense phone calls, endless whinging and unloading from sub-contractors, total disorganization and zero planning. Poor communication both internal and external, arrogant and unapproachable finance management with clickie and revolting attitudes
