    Overworked and Underpaid
The good thingsMost of the people i worked with were nice, sometimes the work load was doable
The challengesthere was hardly any training given for the roll, work load was not put in contract nor the job description and many staff from other towns were rude as they feel superior

Poorly run, low wages and managers dont care about staff
The good thingsThe mechanics in workshop are great to work with
The challengesManagement is poor. Lack of communication within management. Managers only care about themselves and not staff. Overworked and pay is not inline with other work places. Your just a number and not part of team.

    Absolute nightmare
The good thingsI really enjoyed the people I worked with and position I held.
The challengesManagement! I’ve never been so mistreated, or pushed around so much in my life. There is no such thing as a work life balance because when you need time off, you are told that you don’t take your career seriously. There was next to no training and you are simply thrown in the deep end.

The challengesThe management always flip flopping and lack of consistency from them. A company where family comes first as long as it’s not your family
