family oriented and defiantly a place I've thoroughly enjoyed working for.as for career progression - a casual up to management no issues- going further is a little more difficult as the higher managers don't ever change.- we have people working for us that have been with us for 10-30 years! goes to show its a good business to work for. unfortunately I'm retiring so i bid you all a fair well and its been an absolute pleasure being part of the jaycar group!The good thingsive worked for this company for many years! ive seen a lot of changes, the business although seems very corporates as of late, but they do continue to put the people first!
i see a lot of these reviews and it upsets me that due to personal negativity of a group of younger generations with unachievable expectations that it drags the reviews down
The challengesFinancial times that the world is going though. lets face it Its sales, we all have KPI's to achieve. But upper management is more then Accommodating and defiantly works with you, instead of against you
