Very disappointing and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
The good thingsThere is nothing good about this place and the worst place to work in
The challengesThey will hire you giving false promises and never will stick up to it. This place never valued my work or the time I spent there. The management never supported the staff. There was absolutely no teamwork, everyone wants to work individually and nobody supports anyone. I was waiting to leave the place. The management only gives priority to the money made but not about the employees.

The good thingsCo-workers were the best thing about the position.
The challengesConstantly being set unrealistic sales targets in a market that is already flooded with comparable products.

Horrendous, I couldn't wait to leave.
The good things1. Leaving 2. Most of the staff at JC's genuinely want to see the business succeed, however decision making at the highest level prevents them from making this happen.
The challengesImpossible to do your job to the best of your ability as you will always be directed to do it the way the MD wants, even if it doesn't make good business sense.

Achieved great results with great teams inspite of poor owner direction and support.
The good thingsThe team. Great people with the very best of intentions. A certain degree of autonomy.
The challengesOld school thinking, lack of trust, no visible strategic plan from left to state managers to develop and implement.

All the best to the company. Mid level mgt was very good.
The good thingsEvery team member in office wants to improve companys performance. Owner & State Sales managers will stop from doing it.
The challengesvery long hours. ..many pointless processes. Inflexibility from the very top.
