    Toxic work environment with a local senior management team who will cover their own incompetence by strategically targeting and blaming others. Anything agreed or said verbally is likely to be a broken promise and unless you have lived in the town for 3 generations you will never fit in. Very high turn over of staff in pretty much all positions except of course the local protected senior management group
    The good thingsThere are some good people on the floor and at lower levels who genuinely try and this is the only reason to stay. Dont expect anyone to be around for any long time though
    The challengesNothing will change with this company whilst the local senior management team will remain in place which will never change. One of them says I am a cockroach, I can never be squished and I outlive everyone that comes into the business. Enough said

    The place runs in a constant state of crisis from catastrophic mismanagement. This creates opportunities to step up and not only do all the hands on work yourself but also manage project logistics, engineering requirements and customer service delivery yourself by default. Developing skills outside of your usual jobset which is great for putting on your resume to get a job elsewhere.
    The good thingsOverwhelming majority of people and customers were really nice, most aircraft were new or like new. Interesting workscope.
    The challengesNone of the nice people were in positions of power. Completely incompetent HR department.

    Great facilities and work balance fantastic, pay ok however extremely poor Management through all levels of the company, incompetent supervisors. There is and continues to be a huge turnover of personal for this reason. If your desperate go there, if not stay clear.
