    The good thingsAbove the others pay rate, customers interactions, loving to drive around.
    The challengesThere is not opportunity to step up unless you are the kind of person that agreed with unfairness and not recognition at all.

    Genuinely care about their staff, old fashioned values where it's people over profit.
    The good thingsYou don't get many businesses like this anymore and I was sad to have to leave due to family commitments. I felt people actually cared and I could go in and feel good about the company I was working for.
    The challengesSome of their systems could do with a bit of modernising

    Stay well away from Reg Waste - Health & Hygiene.
    The good thingsDirect customer contact, above award hourly rates.
    The challengesBetter flexibility, more honesty regarding work and training opportunities. Far more honesty in what the job involves and a complete overhaul regarding safety. The Health and Hygiene department is a seriously dangerous area and 37.13 isn't anywhere near enough for the risks involved in the job.

    it was okay. but can be better.
    The good thingsgood bunch of people, made some friends.
    The challengespoor management, trucks aren't maintained to standards, runs are way too large with not enough trucks. work life balance is non existent. start at 5:30, finish at 5 most days.

    Good place to work.
    The good thingsGood supervisors, you're given all the work equipment you need, boots, clothes, jackets and such without having to wait for it. Overtime usually there if you want but haven't had any problem getting time off when needed.
    The challengesSome trucks are a bit old but new trucks have started to replace them so not much of a concern.

    The good thingsThe team I work with gets along well as a team and assists one another. Managment are willing to listen and assist with any concerns or improvements i have. My manager loves to collaborate and review different ideas with us.
    The challengesWould like to build better relationships with the depots via on site visits however that is in discussion. :) Learning the "Blue collar role" would be good to have a better understanding of their day to day things the drivers deal with
