    Work here if you want to be mentally and physically healthy
    The good thingsThis place is the best for your mental and physical health. Management are very understanding and accommodating if you're sick. Everyone is so friendly. Minimal politics. Flexible work schedule. Cohesive team environment. Great career progression. This is the best place I have ever worked at.

    Unhappy casual employee.
    The good thingsAs a casual employee, I have gained a lot of experience throughout the wards. I am an allrounder.
    The challengesNot enough casual work as they flex beds on the weekends & they have a permanent crew that do shift work as a ? Permanent / Casual. Have lost trust with my employer. I used to be booked for a shift well in advance a few years ago. Now I'm lucky to get a call the night before, or on the day. Very unhappy, sad & depressed 😢😢😢😢

    Unless you're a doctor its not a nice place to work
    The good thingsI liked the work itself
    The challengesParking is a nightmare and expensive. One entrance/exit road makes it hard to get to work and hard to leave as its a very busy hospital. I had a VERY long walk to get to the canteen. Furthermore workng for doctors is like working for spoilt toddlers!!

    Workers work hard but never given gratitude.
