    i do experience many things by working in the nursing home to be good and polite to the people follow the policy and procedures

    If i had no other options left, this is where I would be
    The good thingsWorking alongside other expeirenced nusrses and amazing residents. But administration made me realise that nursing is not what it used to be.
    The challengesManagement, working in an environment where it was always someone else's fault. Lack of effective communication, overall negative work environment.
