    Inexperienced leaders caused chaos, overworked staff, low pay, and high turnover. Poor management.
    The good thingsFrom the outside, the scenery and lush gardens are breathtaking. Step inside, and the beauty collapses into something horrible.
    The challengesIneffectual leadership turned overwork into an art form: excessive duties, low pay, and minimal guidance. Staff stress was high, morale low, and top talent fled. Leaders added to the chaos, proving you can run a large team completely into the ground and still call it management.

    The challengesHuge staff turnover due to incompetent management with a ridiculous workload. Terrible work/life balance, expected to be on call on your days off, including sick days and annual leave.

    The challengesManagement don't listen and make decisions that affect the people on the floor. Be careful, watch your back as your role can be taken (or split) from you without you even knowing!

    Stay casual, get your money and get out.
    The good thingsFloor staff are great, BOH and FOH. Chef team are probably the most fun I have worked with.
    The challengesRecently had an exodus of loyal staff from multiple departments due to lack of, acknowledgement, recognition and leadership.

    The challengesHorrendous place to work. Absolutely no support for staff. Managers care more about how they look to the owners than taking care of the staff that are the ones actually bringing in the business.

    The challengesThe upper management is nothing but a bunch of time wasters while the operations crew is taking the hit. Staff sustainability is very low , pretty much none exciting.
