    Great company culture. The support from Management and admin made it a great place to work.

    The good thingsThey use Leica, provide own laptop and phone
    The challengesYou re just a number. Impossibility to set out accurately anything after their poor control network establishment. Employ students and immigrate at low rate and then you have to deal with all the mistakes. Change the sponsoring agreement straight away after you signed.

    The challengesNo support, you are just a number. Senior surveyors focus on themselves. Huge turnover of staff.Poor work culture and environment, Not allowing for career development.

    Absolutely love being part of the team, I feel valued, appreciated and supported both in the work place and out. Best work-life balance I have ever had.
    The good thingsThe atmosphere is amazing. Very supportive team, everyone is always willing to jump in and assist.
    The challengesIt's not a challenge, but things are always changing so definitely need to be on your toes to succeed.
