Working for juvenile justice ten years ago was great. Had steadily declined and in enjoyment and opportunity and shows little sign of changing
The good thingsOverall, good people top work with who look after each other
The challengesPoor work/life balance especially if you have young children. Center management can be ok but upper management won't care about your issues enough to do anything to change the work culture
