    The good thingsThe Customer's Experience is rated highly, and there is a genuine focus on ensuring services work well for the people receiving support. While some processes can be challenging at times, the organisation is open to feedback and actively seeks to make changes that positively impact structure and ways of working.
    The challengesSome minor bumps in the road remain due to older processes that are in need of refreshing. However, this feedback is welcomed, and changes are made when it creates a positive impact for those affected.
