Great National company with opportunities for employees to grow in their careersThe good thingsVery well structure national organisation. I like the flexibility the company has given me including rostered day off's and work from home opportunities. There is also lots of opportunities to grow and learn, including scholarships to do Cert 3,4 and diplomas. In addition they do have a RAP to acknowledge the indigenous cultures. I have been very impressed and proud to work for Kanda and can see myself growing and staying at Kanda for a long time to come.
The challengesKanda has merge from 2 large companies SCSS and Programmed Care. There are also other small entities within the Kanda brand. When I started the merging of the two companies was still happening and it was a large change for a lot of staff. However, I can see the improvements being made and that its always in the best interest of employees and the clients we work for.
