    The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed the supportive team culture at Kanda and the genuine commitment to delivering quality, person‑centred services. Leadership is approachable, communication is open, and there’s a strong focus on doing meaningful work that makes a real difference in people’s lives. The flexibility in the role and the encouragement for staff to grow, contribute to new ideas & career progression has been a standout.
    The challengesLike any growing organisation, there are areas that can continue to improve. Streamlining processes would help make some tasks more efficient. As the organisation expands, ongoing investment in systems will help support staff even more.
