    Hostile environment for most - think twice!
    The good thingsModern office space, convenient city location.
    The challengesHorrible Managers, cut-throat environment, lack of support, uninspiring company values and lack of innovation from Managers.

    The academic staff and the admin staff are great and when they are supported by managers they can do some great things.
    The good thingsThere are some excellent courses
    The challengesThe sales team is running the organisation and the administration side makes things difficult to be flexible and (since the sales team seems to be becoming more flexible about the criteria it means is that Academic Directors and lecturers are left responsible for insufficient control).

    Fantastic!
    The good thingsStaff, students and flexibility. Fantastic smart boards and white boards use.
    The challengesIT, a little convoluted with some little processes but nothing major. Climate control inefficient in some rooms.

    I would work there again because, as always it's the staff that make the job a place you want to be, however staff always changes, so I was very fortunate to have a great team.
    The good thingsWhen I worked at Kaplan I was a very new teacher and the best thing was loads of support even though, as always, teachers are very busy out of the classroom ( preparing for in the classroom)
    The challengesI do think the challenges are the same everywhere.
