    The good thingsGreat work environment. Great location, career and training development is a key focus. People are really valued.
    The challengesThe organisation is doing very well and as such we are busy. Focus continues to be on providing staff with time to be creative and innovative.

    If i hadn't moved interstate, I would love to still be an employee of Kearney Group.
    The good thingsWhen I was offered a position at Kearney Group I was moving into a completely different industry to that of any previous employment. The managers at KG believed in my ability to transfer my skills and knowledge across to their Client Services team and worked hard to ensure that I was given opportunities to showcase my abilities.
    The challengesThe only challenges I experienced at KG were personal ones, rooted in the fact that I hadn't worked in a similar role before. But anytime that I sought help my manager was willing and able to provide appropriate guidance while allowing me to develop the required solutions.

    The good thingsThe people at the Kearney Group are what makes working here inspiring. It is collaborative, team driven, and inclusive. I have nothing but encouragement from my managers to become the type of professional I aspire to be. Opportunities are consistently available to those who put in the effort and show that they want to be part of the business, rather than a bystander.
    The challengesAs we are a business that is consistently growing and changing, the challenge is always what can we do to improve both the life of our employees and the value we provide for clients. This is a challenge that we embrace and try to tackle head on.

    Great if you want to be challenged - would have stayed but resign so I could move back near family.
    The good thingsGot to work with heaps of passionate people. Company really cared about its clients and service.
    The challengesBusiness has very high standards and people are constantly working on major projects. It's interesting work but at times hard to keep up with so much on.
