    The challengesLong hours. No room for growth. Old systems. Will not spend money to replace or repair no support from upper management. Expected to do more than role indicates.

    The challengesPutting up with the duel leader's. On one hand you have the Kellogg's staff and the other hand are the shifty programmed staff.

    I have only stayed for the money to pay my mortgage. New salaries are much lower and not worth the pain.
    The good thingsThe pay is considered high, but considering the cost of living in Sydney, I consider it appropriate.
    The challengesTotally unsupportive Management that treats the operators as numbers. Ageing machinery that is not maintained very well. High pressure, high expectations and no respect for operators that are the core of the business.

    My experience with Kellotg has really put me off ever working in the FMCG/ manufacturer industry again.
