    can be a rewarding job at times but mostly highly stressful due to inaction from management on these issues.
    The good thingshelping the polite passengers get to work, or the elderly to be independent
    The challengesno full safety screen for drivers safety, when dealing with anti social passengers you're told to just 'keep driving they'll get off eventually', unsupportive management.
