    once the good management left, they weren't replaced so fewer management had more responsibilities and weren't there when you needed them

    Soul destroying at times
    The good thingsMy job meant travelling to events and hosting, staying in nice hotels however this was also meet with very long hours with little support.
    The challengesAs a female working within a company where each division had a Korean representative made life at work very challenging, further challenges were meet when Australian management didn't support or stand by their staff to save their own reputation!

    Communication is very important.
    The good thingsThe company is now slightly growing in the industry so if the company grows more then IT department might be growing as well.
    The challengesParticularly in logistics, it's working process is very complex so it is a little challenging for the staffs to understanding and analyzing.
