    Great company and culture and place to work to be treated with respect and value
    The good thingsKC genuinely cares for its people and it is highly evident in the workplace culture. Management are also great with respecting ppl have obligations outside of work and are accommodating
    The challengesIt is a large company and does have processes which can be sometimes slow, but I believe are standard in companies of this size

    The challengesThe culture sucks! Very cliquey - full of people protecting each other. Too many people promoted into positions, with no experience or skill-set of areas. Company understands culture issues - however those being promoted are those not adhering to practises.
