    Great team and culture
    The good thingsKindikids is a really supportive and welcoming place to work. The team genuinely cares about educators and there is a strong sense of teamwork and respect. Everyone works together to create a positive environment for the children, families and the team, and there are great opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

    The good thingsStrong teamwork and a family-like environment. It’s priceless to see the children’s amazing progress. Great resources and online support with a portfolio with internal inspiration. Commitment to providing quality learning experiences.
    The challengesIt has been great working with so many different people, and at this stage I don’t have anything specific that needs improvement. The work we do is challenging, and I believe the wider market could better recognise the hard work educators put in. However, I understand that the company does everything it can to support us in all possible ways.
