The challengesMass layoffs, horrendous toxic culture, leaders only interested in furthering themselves at the expense of all others, zero flexibility in working arrangements. Recent buy out by massive private business means huge cuts, zero interest in improving processes and endless suffering for employees with stagnant salaries. You will never be allowed to work away from the office as this will prevent the close micro-management that is common here. This is a workplace where nobody trusts each other and you will either be forced to resign due to the toxic culture or you will be sacked and they will threaten you at every step. At best the work is mindless but extremely high pressure during seasonal events. Training is minimal and staff are generally not effective.
