    Some days are great some are trying. But it's one hell of a day out.
    The good thingsIf your willing to work hard and effectively. Then you are rewarded and noticed. Great team members both on and off track. It's like a family environment with all staff.
    The challengesWorking weekends and missing out on personal family times. But with the Covid dramas going on around Australia. We are lucky to have a job.

    The good thingsThe Team is great, fun and inclusive environment
    The challengesOne Word. Management. Management are so stuck in thier ways that they would rather lose employees than take on outside thought or ideas. Don't expect to move anywhere for years, unless you can sweet talk whoever is supervisor at the time.
