    Great money but be prepared for the mental health issues and necessary therapy once you leave.
    The good thingsGood pay and regular OT
    The challengesToxic worksite with the worst leadership. No training, no support, filthy conditions, ancient equipment that's poorly maintained. Recent management changes have seen lipstick painted onto the face but its still the same unorganised and dysfunctional worksite you will probably encounter. Enter at your own risk.

    The challengesPoor management, poor pay and moral thats lower than any job I've worked in. Non existent working conditions. Management kind of make it up as they go along and are very un-approachable
