    Overall Okay place to work
    The good things-Training days to broaden knowledge -Great hours -Support from team members
    The challenges-Uncertainty of where you will be working even as a full-time employee you may be placed in different facilities depending if people are sick. This could mean that you will have to travel very long distances -Communication is lacking
