    Don't be fooled by what is promised and then not delivered. This company suffers from chronic issues that make it a difficult and unhealthy place to work. Leadership is largely absent, offering little direction or support. The culture is toxic, defined by a pervasive blame mentality where mistakes are not viewed as opportunities to learn but rather as chances to shift responsibility - especially by Managers who rarely hold themselves accountable. Long working hours are the norm, with little regard for work-life balance, and there is a constant expectation to be available beyond reasonable limits. In this regard, double standards by Managers are common place. Employee input is routinely dismissed, with ideas and feedback falling on deaf ears. Innovation is stifled, and morale is low. What is reported to staff from surveys is not the reality. Overall, this is an environment that prioritises control and appearances over genuine leadership, collaboration, and employee well-being.

    Nightmare full of regret as a lateral hire.
    The good thingsOffice location and amenities
    The challengesIt is not one firm or business. It is an alliance of individually motivated Partners who all act like Kings, do not share information, collaborate or lead in any normal description of the word. Think of free-lance real estate agents superficially working under the umbrella of a larger firm for appearances only - competing against each other for business. This is big 4 consulting. This is KPMG.
