    Awesome hands-on experience, but no trust or teamwork with management
    The good thingslearnt how to use a bunch of cool machines. Working in the back with the cutter, gulliteen, printers, folders and finishes

    Find another place that would value you more than management at Kwik Kopy would.
    The good thingsThe team out the back were somewhat supportive.
    The challengesHaving your boss and manager leave to go on holidays when they wanted. Leaving during busy periods with no information or help as to how things should run smoothly. Being told one thing and then another when the deadline hits, and of course being the blame for it when things hit the fan. Basically management needed to work on how they managed, from their quote system to actually handing the information to the staff.
