    School needs to make some changes - almost a good working environment.
    The good thingsLovely coworkers, lots of great kids, support and camaraderie within department, excellent resources.
    The challengesStudent behaviour. Lack of support or consistency from senior management regarding challenging student behaviour. No flexibility for teachers seeking part time work. Teachers feel undervalued despite being overworked.

    Staff expected to bleed for students; no genuine acknowledgement from management
    The good thingsVery well resourced College. Swimming pool, new staff room, lecture theatre, performing arts building
    The challengesStaff worked to the bone. No flexibility for part time workers.

    Overall a pleasure working with some great staff and students .
    The good thingsWorking with some great teachers and students.
    The challengesBeing underestimated by some managers seeing boarding students being given old uniforms, students from year 10 up expected to share text books for subjects they were undertaking. Students being doubted and judged by by previous students behaviours.
