Poor leadership and work cultureThe good thingsGood location to train station, a lot of nice restaurants around, fancy building outside look, flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements, parental leave, bday leave, purchased leave
The challengesLeadership team purely act on their favoritism, undervalue self-motivated and people who are willing to thrive and work extra miles. There is no consistency, transparency and fairness for pay review. Gender pay gap and large pay gap exist within same level of role. The more capability you have, the more they will force you to do, while others can have more pay rise with minimal workload only because they are personally close with the management. The issues are across multiple departments and become more common in this whole place. The culture of this company has absolutely changed over the years and now turned into a place that good people all leave, super high turnover staff rate says a lot.
If you are okay with all those, you can join.
