I have found a job I love, and I look forward to going to work every day.

The good thingsThe office staff are wonderful people who are more than happy to assist clients and staff alike. The office prioritizes staff being matched to clients that they will work well with.

The challengesBeing on the road all the time has been challenging, however the benefits far out way the challenge of being on the road between shifts all the time

Mediocre pay, poor management and lack of care for customers

The good thingsIf you want short shifts and only a few hours a week it will be suitable

The challengesA lot of dislike for different cultures from the office staff especially the two men Promises of plenty of hours but then they only offer plenty of hours occasionally They take clients off you (this isn’t just me, it’s voiced across all north, east and west employees) without explaining. They do not return your phone calls as an employee until they need something from you. Training is not offered and when it is they call it training but it’s really just a meeting to tell everyone to turn up on time
